Resumo:

Technical Debt (TD) is a concept that reflects generated technical compromises which can be harmful to the quality of the project. For example, when a project's deadlines and resources become scarce, the software testing area is the most impacted, since it is one of the areas to be cancelled or to have its activities reduced, what can cause TD, called test debt. Although there are studies dealing with test debts in software testing, the authors work on specific types of tests (e.g., exploratory tests and automated tests). Besides that, few studies propose approaches with a view that involves the entire software testing process. This work, therefore, proposes a method to manage technical debts in software testing.
